Inga Feldi

Inga Feldi specializes in talent acquisition for the International Development Group at RTI. She serves as a strategic partner, engaging on fast-paced business development efforts, domestic hires and projects. She develops organizational structure charts, recruits top talent for domestic and international roles, and facilitates training and coaching. She also spearheads knowledge management initiatives. In 2018 she served as a contributing member of the Leadership Design Solutioning Workgroup, enabling the design of the company-wide leadership development program, and continued to collaborate with the Global Talent Development and Organizational Development and Learning teams on various initiatives. Ms. Feldi also serves as the Talent Acquisition representative on RTI’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, and co-leads the Racial Justice and Equity Group within IDG.

Ms. Feldi joined RTI in 2016. Previously, she held multiple roles at DAI, supporting the launch and continuous improvement of recruitment systems, including during a company-wide reorganization. She also designed and delivered training. Prior to her work in international development, Ms. Feldi worked for Department of State-funded education exchange programs in Russia and Ukraine with American Councils for International Education. She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
