Standardizing and improving processes across integrated health systems for optimal Service member readiness
The greatest asset of our military is our personnel. In order to ensure Service members are mission ready both home and abroad, we must be committed to providing the highest level of care, training, and medical and wellness programs to this demographic who faces unique needs. How can we best equip military leaders with the information they need to make critical decisions to modernize their health systems?
At RTI, we believe in improving the human condition with science-based solutions in pursuit of a better future. Our experience with health system transformation allows us to work with the Department of Defense (DoD) to address force health and readiness through survey creation, data analysis and evaluation, and implementation of innovative practices and processes. With our approach, military leaders can be confident they are implementing the most secure, connected, and appropriate processes and technologies to improve the quality of care for Service members and their families, as well as the quality of service for medical providers.
