Improving methods and addressing operational and technological challenges in survey research
Our highly-trained survey methodologists work with clients to address the operational and technological challenges of the survey process. Our survey methods team includes staff with diverse academic backgrounds, including psychology, statistics, sociology, political science, demography, computer science, and cultural anthropology. Language specialists help develop and translate survey instruments and other data collection materials for non-English speakers.
Of particular benefit to clients is our on-site laboratory for survey methods and measurement, where we conduct focus groups, cognitive interviews, and usability assessments to gauge the feasibility and appropriateness of survey methods and instruments for target populations.
Always open to experimentation, we are able to adapt to the circumstances and objectives of each client study or project. We welcome the challenges of complex studies, designing surveys and developing software to support them.
