Our comprehensive, evidence-based economic and workforce development programs help to create employment opportunities for women, youth, and disadvantaged populations in developing countries. We build local capacity to design and implement systems that align education and training systems with employer needs.
We work closely with clients and partners to design programs, conduct collaborative research, pilot and develop new methodologies, and implement and scale project activities. Our team applies a deep understanding of labor markets to deliver innovative technical assistance, consulting, and research tools that connect young people and employers in mutually beneficial ways.
