Education and Workforce Development

Our work in education advances equitable, high-quality learning for people of all ages around the globe. We take an integrated approach to research—combining deep expertise in education and workforce development with broad capabilities in quantitative and qualitative research, evaluation studies, and data visualization and decision support tools. We lead large-scale, multiyear studies that investigate the relationships among student characteristics, education programs and practices, and academic and career success.

Clients in the education space rely on us to track elements such as early childhood health, school readiness, academic performance, noncognitive skills development, high school graduation and the transition to college, financial aid and college completion, and workforce education.

We deliver more than data, translating complex statistics into easily understandable narratives. Our technical assistance helps clients better understand the impact of public and private policies and programs on education and workforce outcomes, and we specialize in communicating research results for a broad audience through diverse channels and innovative modes of presentation.

We have the flexibility to work with clients large and small, within the United States and internationally. Our experience includes federal and state government contracts as well as contracts and grant-funded projects for universities, foundations, and commercial clients.
