EconomistOne thing I've enjoyed about my time with RTI is that I am constantly learning. I've been with RTI just over two years now and I'm still learning new things and being encouraged to grow in my skills and abilities.
What I think separates RTI from other companies in our field is the balance RTI offers. I get to do work that I care about, find value in, and genuinely helps others while also being supported and encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
The Holden building is the flagship of RTI's headquarters in Research Triangle Park.
