In support of client needs, we conduct hit-to-lead and lead optimization. We integrate medicinal chemistry into larger projects focused on drug discovery and development, including computational chemistry, in vitro assay development and HTS screening, in vivo behavioral pharmacology, ADME/PK bioanalytics, and regulatory support.
Our integrated programs encompass the discovery and optimization of drug-like entities for enzymes, protein-protein interactions, GPCRs, ion channels, and nuclear hormone receptors.
