Brittney Denson

Brittney Denson is a research education analyst at RTI International. She is an expert in qualitative research design; data collection, analysis, and reporting; educational equity consulting; and equity-centered evaluation.

Currently, Dr. Denson leverages her expertise across multiple projects. She serves as a project coordinator for the California Collaborative for Education Excellence’s 21st Century State Leadership Academies Evaluation and Special Education Local Plan Area Initiative Evaluation. She also serves as a qualitative researcher for the Florence-Darlington Tech College (FDTC) Pathways to a Brighter Future Program Evaluation. Dr. Denson is a qualitative researcher for JP Morgan Chase New Skills Ready Network Evaluation.

Before joining to in 2022, Dr. Denson was a qualitative researcher for the University of Miami-Breakthrough Miami University Partnership and the First Star University of Miami Academy. She was an advisor for the Black Student Alliance of Virginia Tech and an English teacher at YES Prep Public Schools and IDEA Public Charter Schools.

Dr. Denson holds a professional membership at the Society of Community Research and Action (SCRA) and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
