Workshop 1:
Relationship Building in Remote Learning Environments
Students learn best when adults know them, make them feel safe and take on the responsibility to support all students in learning. This session will develop the skills in adults to combat implicit and cognitive biases as well as provide strategies to build authentic relationships with students. During this session, participants will engage in interactive activities and focused discussions to promote intentional relationships and high expectations for all students in a remote learning setting.
