21st International Blaise Users Conference (IBUC)

This event showcases the use of the Blaise Survey Processing System and associated software. The IBUC 2023 will start off with a pre-conference training on Monday, followed by three days of presentations on the capabilities of Blaise 5, and end with the Blaise Corporate License Users Board (B-CLUB) meeting on Friday. We will host a welcome reception on Monday evening and a social event on Wednesday evening. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for registered participants.

The keynote speaker is Tim Gabel, President and CEO of RTI International. 

Event and Registration Details

The Blaise conference will take place at the Holden Building Conference Center at the RTI headquarters in Durham, North Carolina. As part of the registration process, you will need to provide your country of citizenship, and if you are not a US citizen, you will also need to include your name as it appears on your passport and your passport number. This information will be used only for RTI security screening and will NOT be made public. Due to this security restriction, we are not able to accept onsite registrations, nor will guests of conference attendees be allowed to join any part of the meeting on the RTI campus. 

All conference attendees will need to show a government-issued ID (drivers license or passport) to RTI security each day. 

Attendees are welcome to bring one guest to both the evening reception on Monday, October 23 (there is no charge for guests for this event) and to the evening social event on Wednesday, October 25 (there is a charge for this event). You will be able to select the guest option when you register for the conference.
