Jennifer Wallin Keeney

Jennifer Keeney is an expert in survey science specializing in child and family well-being. Her extensive experience with large-scale data collection among vulnerable populations includes having managed field production in more than 80 counties across the United States, with approximately 15,000 interviews with parents, children, teachers and caseworkers.

As a leader on multiple projects involving children, Ms. Keeney has trained other staff members to conduct complex child assessments, such as the Preschool Language Scales, 5^th Edition; Kaufman Brief Intelligence Test, 2^nd Edition; Battelle Developmental Inventory, 2^nd Edition; Woodcock Johnson-III; and executive function tasks, including the Corsi Blocks, Spatial Conflict Arrows Task, Pencil Tapping, and Hearts and Flowers.

Since joining RTI in 2002, Ms. Keeney has contributed to projects in child and family well-being, public health and education for a wide range of government, commercial, and foundation clients. She currently plays key roles in the National Survey of Child and Adolescent Well-Being, the Improving Family Services Study, and the Expanding Children’s Early Learning Quality Study.
