Lachezar (Lachko) Hristov is a Technical Support and Application Developer for RTI International. He has over 15 years of experience in software development, implementation, and support. He is responsible for the successful implementation, adoption, and client support for over 20 internal RTI data collection efforts and more than 30 external (SaaS subscribers) clients using all varieties of Tangerine® software in the education sector.
Mr. Hristov is the leading functional expert for Tangerine® and helps design, configure, test, and deploy sophisticated products using the Tangerine® ecosystem. He assists with the development of Tangerine® throughout the product’s lifecycles to define requirements, prioritize requests, and documents each time a new version of the application is released. He also assists with client onboarding with one-on-one sessions and workshops and creates extensive online courses for new users on the Moodle™ platform.
Mr. Hristov is also involved in the design and development of RTI's "Loquat", a machine-learning mobile application that helps teachers balance their talk time to improve student learning outcomes. Prior to joining RTI, he was on software development teams at ADP, Devinition, and was involved in similar work as an independent contractor. He is fluent in English and Bulgarian and has intermediate knowledge of Spanish.
