Chuck Stevens serves as President of RTI Health Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of RTI that provides research and consulting services to global biopharmaceutical companies. Mr. Stevens joined RTI Health Solutions in 2026.

Mr. Stevens has more than 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, where he has led commercialization, pricing, market access and patient support strategies. Most recently, he served as interim CEO of Aventria Health Group, a healthcare consultancy. He was previously CEO of COPILOT Provider Support Services, a hub company that provides patient access to specialty therapies. He began his career in pharmaceuticals, taking on increasing leadership roles at ICON, PAREXEL, Cephalon, Genetics Institute/Wyeth and Abbott, where he built and scaled teams and advised pharmaceutical companies.  

At RTI Health Solutions, Mr. Stevens focuses on leading an international workforce devoted to high-quality research and consulting services. With more than 350 employees spread across five office locations in the U.S. and Europe, RTI Health Solutions has supported projects in over 80 countries.

Mr. Stevens has an academic background in law and business, including completing the Senior Executive Program at Harvard Kennedy School, and is an expert speaker at conferences on the pharmaceutical industry and health care finance.  He led a successful industry collaboration to expand the oncology compendia recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. He is committed to public service, having served as a U.S. Army Captain during Operation Desert Storm and as an elected member of the Board of Selectmen in West Boylston, Massachusetts.
