Anna Aceituno, MSPH is a program manager with over 15 years of experience in global health of vulnerable populations such as women, children, and agricultural workers. Ms. Aceituno has a background in environmental microbiology and experience in laboratory and clinical specimen management.

Ms. Aceituno is adept at bringing global research leaders and investigators in South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America together to support the implementation of collaborative research and works closely with investigators to develop practical solutions for complex problems that arise in study implementation and data and specimen management.

Currently, Ms. Aceituno is a program manager and senior protocol manager for the portfolio of clinical trials in the NIH-funded Global Network for Women’s and Children’s Health Research, and the project manager for the NIH-funded Chronic Kidney Disease of UnceRtain Etiology in Agricultural Communities (CURE) Research Consortium.

Ms. Aceituno joined RTI in 2015. Previously, she managed large international research grants for Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health Center for Global Safe WASH.
