Thaïs Matha is a market intelligence and business development specialist. She currently leads market intelligence for RTI's commercial growth organization, utilizing AI tools to enhance business development initiatives and identify new market opportunities. Additionally, she applies her expertise to foster business development in the Life Sciences and Environment sectors across the institute.

In her previous role in RTI's Innovation Advisory unit, Ms. Matha spent 2 years providing strategic insights to federal agencies and commercial enterprises, offering support in technology scouting, partner scouting, strategic thinking, and beyond. Leveraging her analytical skills, she guided clients in navigating the evolving landscape of sustainable investments. Dedicated to addressing environmental challenges, she played a key role in promoting the adoption of circular economy practices among clients.
