Megan Traky

Megan Traky is a Project Manager at RTI whose work focuses on the Medicare Shared Savings Program’s Accountable Care Organization Program Analysis and Operations project. In this role, Ms. Traky manages contracts, project milestones, finances, and staffing by leading project-driven deliverables such as meeting agendas, communications, and timelines. She was a part of RTI’s Project Management Training Program in 2019 and is a current member of RTI’s Smartsheet Council, which leads with Smartsheet best practices.

Before joining RTI in 2017, Ms. Traky was responsible for physician practice management. She led the academic direction of inpatient and outpatient areas within the Department of Pediatrics at Duke University Hospital. In addition, she also served as the project manager for eight operational and clinical groups as part of the construction of the Duke Cancer Center in February 2012 and the new Duke Medicine Pavilion bed tower in July 2013.
