Lynn Wenger

Lynn Wenger has over 17 years of experience designing and leading qualitative and quantitative research at RTI. Her research impacts multiple communities, including those who use drugs, service providers, and community stakeholders. Ms. Wenger is skilled in qualitative research design and analysis, quantitative questionnaire development, the oversight of daily implementation of longitudinal research with marginalized populations, and the implementation of online surveys.

Currently, Ms. Wenger is a member of the technical team for the evaluation of Tenderloin Center project in San Francisco and the evaluation of Oregon’s Ballot Measure 110. Her additional projects are the Optimizing Overdose Education and Naloxone Distribution Delivery in the U.S. and the Innovative Solutions to Address the Opioid Epidemic: Supervised Injection Sites.

Prior to joining RTI in 2005, Ms. Wenger served as a project director for the University of California, San Francisco, and a project coordinator for the Institute for Scientific Analysis.
