Lauren Reynolds is a communications analyst who is skilled in data analysis and has a passion for digital marketing. Her other skills include search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, blog post writing, event planning, metrics analysis, digital advertising, and email campaigns. Ms. Reynolds is passionate about using theory-driven and human-centered communication to produce effective, trackable campaigns for several federal clients including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Ms. Reynolds currently works on the HRSA Newborn Screening Information Center project to create promotion materials including social media content and partner toolkits. She creates and reviews website content revisions and graphic design and tracks important website and social metrics for campaign improvement.

Ms. Reynolds also worked on the Content Optimization Project funded by CDC to clean up and optimize the content on CDC.gov as part of the agency’s ongoing Digital Communication Modernization effort. She supported CIOs with moving, rewriting, and optimizing content for re-launch in CDC’s Digital First Editor following best practices in plain language, SEO, and human-centered design.
