Kristine Koeppel is an Innovation Analyst at RTI, where she partners with corporate food and agriculture clients. Ms. Koeppel specializes in both primary and secondary research to evaluate product and technical feasibility, scout emerging technologies, and identify market opportunities to inform R&D teams and guide strategic decision-making at the leadership level.

With a strong foundation in food science and an understanding of industry dynamics, she distills complex scientific findings into actionable insights for clients. Ms. Koeppel’s work spans nutrition science, functional ingredients, health claims, new processing and material technologies, and broader trends shaping sustainable food systems. Her cross-disciplinary expertise allows her to synthesize the state of science in food research with market intelligence and technology readiness to empower clients in identifying viable market entry points, accelerating new product development, and adopting transformative technologies in food and agriculture.

Prior to joining RTI in 2022, Ms. Koeppel held engineering roles at major food manufacturers in the fruit processing and bakery sectors, where she gained hands-on experience in large-scale production and process innovation.
