Jennifer Bitticks is a senior program manager in the Social Marketing and Content Strategy program, in RTI International’s Communication Practice Area. With 25 years of experience, she leads, designs, and executes theory- and data-driven communication campaigns and projects that motivate behavior change and amplify reach and engagement among priority audiences. Ms. Bitticks specializes in partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into impactful narratives and compelling cross-platform digital and print products that inspire action. She has extensive expertise in digital marketing outreach, leveraging analytics to generate insights, optimize content performance, and maximize results across paid advertising, social media, web, and email channels.

Ms. Bitticks' is skilled in implementing large-scale projects with high-performing teams of more than 25+ multidisciplinary staff. Her most recent work focuses on directing communication campaigns for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), supporting health care providers and their patients in preventing and treating HIV. Other recent projects include implementing a rapid start-up communication campaign to prevent Zika virus infection among pregnant women in Puerto Rico, leading creative development of compelling educational and promotional tools and assets for consumers and partner organizations—produced in English and in Spanish to maximize reach and relevance.

As a fluent Spanish speaker, Ms. Bitticks designs, develops, and transcreates resonant communication products and tools for Spanish-speaking audiences across multiple platforms and communication campaigns and initiatives, including CDC, HRSA, and international projects across Latin America.

Ms. Bitticks holds professional memberships at the Society of Health Communication, International Social Marketing Association, American Public Health Association, and American Public Health Assoication Latino Caucus for Public Health.
