Jamie Ridenhour is a research statistician with more than a decade of experience performing sample design and weighting, for household surveys and national evaluations. Her survey experience spans multiple types of frames including address-based sampling, dual-frame RDD, list, and area probability as well as varying data collection modes including in-person, web, telephone, paper, and multi-mode.

Ms. Ridenhour works on a wide range of projects for clients that include the Food and Drug Administration, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Ohio Government Resources Center. She is the statistical task lead on the Fishing Effort Survey, an ABS survey of households on the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Ms. Ridenhour has presented widely on her research, including at the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) and the Joint Statistical Meetings, and is the author on a number of technical reports. Her professional service includes various positions for the Survey Research Methods Section of the American Statistical Association and an author of the AAPOR ad-hoc committee report Spam Flagging and Call Blocking and Its Impact on Survey Research.

In addition to her work for RTI, Ms. Ridenhour teaches at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Business School.
