James Giustini

James Giustini leads RTI’s team focusing on commercial business development, where he helps organizations translate insights into new products, services, and technologies with measurable business and societal impact. He is responsible for expanding strategic partnerships and strengthening relationships with commercial clients to deliver science-driven innovation at scale.

Giustini brings more than 25 years of experience in business strategy, transformation, and consulting. He has led global teams and advised organizations across industries on complex initiatives, including business performance improvement, process re-engineering, and large-scale technology and systems transformations. Prior to joining RTI, he served as Global Head of Business Strategy & Transformation at RGP, where he led an international consulting practice focused on integrated transformation solutions for midmarket and global clients.

Earlier in his career, Giustini held client engagement leadership and execution roles at several leading consulting firms, including KPMG, Accenture, and Gemini Consulting. He has extensive experience building and scaling consulting practices, managing multimillion-dollar client engagements, and delivering strategic, operational, and technology-driven change initiatives across the United States and internationally.
