Emily Potocnik is a Senior User Experience Designer who creates digital experiences designed to reach all audiences, empowering users to perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with digital products effectively.  She works with a variety of non-profit and government clients, including the Department of Education, Department of Defense, and the American Council on Education. She is certified through the International Association of Accessibility Professionals as a Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA).

Ms. Potocnik specializes in user research methods including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to create intuitive and efficient digital products. She carries certifications in user experience from Nielsen Norman Group. Ms. Potocnik has extensive experience leading and conducting user research studies to inform website architecture and user interface design. In addition to research and design, Ms. Potocnik has extensive experience in content strategy, ensuring digital communications are clear, structured, and optimized for audiences. She has over eight years of experience managing social media content creation and strategy, aligning messaging with user needs and organizational goals.
