As senior vice president of RTI’s Data Analytics & Digital Solutions capability area, Dana Hancock leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping clients unlock the power of data—through primary data collection and coordination, AI and other advanced analytics, technology solutions, and more—to drive smarter decisions and greater impact. Working with a wide network of partners, the team delivers innovative solutions to a diverse client portfolio, including federal and state governments, private foundations and other nonprofits, and commercial organizations. Dr. Hancock joined RTI in 2010.

For more than 20 years, her own research in genetic epidemiology has focused on integrating different types of data—including omics, nutrition, and environmental exposures—and modeling how they interact to understand disease risks. She has led multi-site studies that bring together data from large population cohorts and biospecimen repositories. She has authored 100+ peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and other correspondences.
